Chairman PTI Imran Khan appeared in the court of late Gardi where his pre-arrest bail application was accepted.
According to Pakistan Analysis, former Prime Minister Imran Khan was in the courtroom.
On this occasion, lawyer Babar Awan said against Imran Khan that PTI leaders Asad Umar, Pervez Khattak, Zulfi Bukhari and Fawad Chaudhary were also present with him. See first FIR, Magistrate Ali Javed Plaintiff.
Lawyer Imran Khan told the court that according to the prosecution, 3 people have been informed. Name of IG, Additional IG and Magistrate Ziba written.
There is no plaintiff in these three cases and the police have registered the route of terrorism. It is a shame in the government otherwise he was made a minister.
Babar Awan argued and said that I have told the IG and DIG not to let you go, and a case will be registered.

Later, the anti-terrorism court granted Imran Khan’s pre-arrest bail application and ordered him to submit a surety bond of Rs 1 lakh and appear again on September 1.
Lawyer Babar Awan pleaded with the court that since Imran Khan is contesting by-elections from 9 constituencies, interim bail should be given for a longer period, which the court rejected and remarked that they are giving interim bail only till September 1.
Later, the Anti-Terrorism Court granted Imran Khan’s pre-arrest bail.
Earlier, Imran Khan, through lawyers Babar Awan and Ali Bukhari, filed an application in the Anti-Terrorism Court, in which it has been argued that the police made the case of terrorism a part of revenge.
The petition has requested that the court grant pre-arrest bail.
The Islamabad High Court has ordered Imran Khan to appear in the trial court in 3 days in the case of threatening a woman judge and police officers.
On this occasion, tight security arrangements were made around the Judicial Commission, and the roads were blocked.
No unauthorized person was allowed to enter the court and the police also banned the media. According to security officials, 400 police and FC personnel were also deployed on the occasion.
The police say that they cannot allow anyone to enter the judicial complex until they receive an order from the officers.
Meanwhile, Imran Khan appeared in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra for interim bail in the case registered for violation of Section 144, where after hearing the arguments of the lawyers, the court ordered him to submit a bond of RS 5,000.
Imran Khan’s interim bail has been approved in the case. The court summoned the police on September 7 along with the records. On this occasion, a heavy contingent of police and FC was deployed in F8 Court.
